Any Season: $285.00 per Night. Taxes of 19% are additional to above rates. The Christmas and New Years weeks are $395 a night. All stays are Saturday to Saturday unless approved by owners.

The above rates are being offered directly to you by the owners, allowing you to save tremendously over the normal resort rates for Villa La Estancia.

Summer Season: May 1st - October 31st ($724.00 per Night)
Winter Season: November 1st - April 30th ($860.00 per Night)

Villa La Estancia also charges 22% sales and room service tax in addition to the resort rates. Shown for comparison only. You will not be charged the resort rates.
